The astro38 app requests only the permissions it needs: internet access (to connect to our servers), and phone state (to pause video if a call comes in). We do not request access to your contacts, files, camera, or location. Your login credentials are encrypted locally on your phone using industry-standard encryption—they are never stored in plain text. When you log in, your credentials are transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted), and our servers verify your password without storing it directly (we store a cryptographic hash).
